DHA摄入量参考标准
权威机构建议每天DHA的摄入量:
联合国粮农组织(FAO)和世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐:
(1)足月婴儿:每天每公斤体重至少补充20mg DHA
(2)早产儿:每天每公斤体重至少补充40mg DHA。
美国国立卫生研究所(NIH)和国际脂肪酸和脂质研究协会(ISSFAL)推荐:
(1)怀孕及哺乳期妇女:每天应至少摄入DHA 300毫克
(2)健康成人:每天至少摄入DHA 220毫克。
据调查,中国人均每天DHA摄入量不足40mg。
