Feed grade soybean phospholipid
Product characteristics:the appearance is sepia, viscous, uniform texture, tends to solidification in cold weather, can be dissolved through heating, with soybean phospholipid oil inherent smell, no corrosive smell or odour.
Product packaging: iron drum 200Kg / barrel
Product storage: dry, well ventilated, no direct sunlight exposure, do not store with toxic and hazardous substances or other contaminated substances, anti-multi-stack pile, use as soon as possible after opened.

Usage and Dosage:can be used for mixed feed, to add according to the amount of formula, mixed evenly; poor mobility in Winter, can be heated or dissolved in liquid oil and then add.

Reported by the Papers, test reports summaries of national journals such as China Fodder, Fodder View, Fodder Research, Grains and Fodders Indsutry, Veterinary Medicine and Fodder Additives, Foreign Grains and Oils Technology and Foreign Zoo-technics:                                     
1、Fish: increase by 10-30.7 in production, decrease by about 10% in feed coefficient, and can effectively avoid body side bending and big belly owing to much lipid, thus improving the quality.                                         
2、Crustacean (Shrimp, crab, soft-shelled turtle): increase by 19.47% in production, decrease by about 10% in feed coefficient, and can accelerate un-shelling, preventing black shell disease for shrimp, and improving surval rate of larvae.
3、Calf under five-month: increase by 53.64% in weight                                                           
4、Milk cow: increase by 10% in milk production                                                 
5、Meat bird: increase by 8.7-22.9% in weight, and improve the survival rate and bird meat quality                                              
6、Egg bird: increase by 7.2-8.5% in egg production, maintain the egg-laying rate of 3450-day bird at 80% or more, and make individual egg weight increasing by about 10%, decrease by 10-17.8% fodder consumption, and can improve egg quality.

Functions and nutrition value of phospholipid
    (1)Phospholipid is one basic material for lipoprotein in cell membrane; therefore it is one of the most important basic material for life. The proportion of phospholipid in neural system and internal organs is higher than that in other systems. In egg yolk, phospholipid content accounts for over 30% of fat, and phospholipid proportion in eggs of fish and shrimp is quite high, therefore phospholipid is one of the most important material that can affect life activities for oviparous animals.  
    (2)Phospholipid is an important component of lipoprotein in blood, and a vehicle for carrying lipids in the blood, ensuring newly absorbed lipids and lipid-soluable vitamins being duly transported to liver and other metabolic organs. It plays an important role in adjusting the normal working conditions of cardiovascular system and hepatobiliary system. 
    (3) Phospholipid can provides choline, inositol, vitamin E and other essential fatty acids and many unknown nutritious elements.
    (4)Phospholipid can facilitates absorption of vitamin A in human body. 
    (5)Phospholipid can reduce the happening rate of fatty liver. 
Correct usage of phospholipid:
    (1)Phospholipid must be highly active, and the processing temperature shall not be very high; otherwise it will turn black, resulting in carbonation.
    (2)Tanking in account the fatty acids used in the fodder, if the saturation degree is high, the adding of phospholipid shall be increased. If being accompanied by palm oil powder, it will have a significant effect on weaned piglet. 
    (3)For small animal, oil shall be dominant in application, the adding volume shall be medium; for vehicle-type lecithin powder, based on oil adding, its adding volume shall account for 1% of the fodder; otherwise, the fodder particles will be loosened. 
    (4) In the high temperature season, phospholipid can partially substitute for oil, but not wholly; otherwise the weight increment of animal will drop. In suckling pig daily feeding, high proportion of phospholipid may result in fodder rancidity. 
    (5)When using phospholipid as substitution for oil, the fodder energy to amino acids ratio shall be taken into account.
    (6)Phospholipid will be gelatinized in water, which helps gathering organic nutrients and reducing loss of nutrients, thus improving the living environment for aquatic creatures and decreasing water exchange times and disease happening.
    (7)In practice, the proper phospholipid amount to be added shall be decided according to the phospholipid content in the fodder, animal species, size, fat and fatty acids in fodder, fodder cost, phospholipid types and concentration.

Food grade soybean phospholipid
Product properties:ood grade phospholipid is extracted from the factice in soybean oil production. It looks light yellow or yellow, with good mobility and texture uniform. Total content of phospholipid is not less than 60%, mainly consisted by phospholipid, brain phospholipids, inositol phospholipids and soybean oil, also known as soybean liquid. It is insoluble in acetone, soluble in ether, hexane, partially soluble in ethanol, isopropyl alcohol.
